These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of playagame.click (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service:
playagame.click is a portal offering free, browser-playable games. Some games are singleplayer, some are multiplayer with their own backend. We may add, remove, or change games and features at any time without notice.

Accounts:
You sign in using a third-party provider (Google or Facebook) — you need a valid account with that provider to use the Service.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
You must be old enough to use Google/Facebook sign-in under their own terms, and in any case not under 13 years old.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use — you agree not to:
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other players' accounts.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source or assets of any game beyond what your browser does to run it normally.
Use bots, scripts, or exploits to cheat in multiplayer games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive toward other players.

Intellectual property:
Games, artwork, code, and branding on the Service belong to us or our licensors. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership of any of it — just permission to play the games as intended, for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party services:
Signing in uses Google or Facebook, and the Service runs on Amazon Web Services. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy.html) for what data flows between them and us.

Disclaimer of warranties:
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination:
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or any game) at our discretion.

Changes to these Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
